They all genuinely, over the two days, in person and on the phone helped me as much as they could. I also spoke to a lady with regard to an online order who was professional, courteous, kept me informed and was friendly with a sense of humour. The only area of my Jewson experience that could be improved is the website. I knew the name of the item and the product code but 'no results' were found. I had to go out of the website and google my item. It then came up being sold by Jewson. My order arrived promptly. I will definitely be returning to Jewson.”

Especially the ones from people who are clearly illiterate - honestly, if you are going to complain and want to be taken seriously, correct spelling, punctuation and grammar are essential. “Popped into the shop this morning without knowing we needed an appointment. We were greeted with such a caring smile and after saying we would make an appointment and come back, were welcomed into the shop to have a look before the next appointment arrived. With an idea of what my daughter wanted for her uncle's wedding the lovely owner had two dresses picked out for her and showed her with no rush to the fitting room.
