Especially the ones from people who are clearly illiterate - honestly, if you are going to complain and want to be taken seriously, correct spelling, punctuation and grammar are essential. (try the world wide web if you aren't sure what the last 3rd, 5th and 6th words meant!). It's a convenience store and nice people work there."
