"Ordered my elderly parents their Christmas food order because they can’t get out to the shops. On 22nd Dec the order arrived no turkey. No alternative offered either, then after numerous calls I was told to order another type, size turkey so I did, the Oder turned up at 10:20pm and was the wrong order. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with constant disconnections I managed to get through who said the store manager at Dartford has said the turkeys were out of stock and offered £4 compensation! This is the last time I order food from Iceland foods! Your “care” centre doesn’t care very much about its loyal elderly customers."

"Popped in here for tortilla wraps, the staff were so lovely that I was taken aback, the young lad on the till was singing quietly and happily, so helpful and cheerful. Place seemed fully stocked and clean. I did try to order a home delivery from here recently, branching out from mybusual supermarket and they just didnt turn up, I had to fight for 2 weeks for a refund. Fortunately I wasnt in a position where I was desperate for the money back to buy food, but had I been, it would have been an awful situation. Shop in store and avoid delivery."
