"Hard to get the contact number for a start! 4 texts saying I have to pay and all I get is errors on the website. All I want is my engine! I talk to someone eventually and I can't pay straight away. I have to wait for an email when all the charges are on the app. This a terrible way of dealing with customers."

"This service is abysmal. Our package was released by customs 30th September wherein TNT/FedEx took possession. It should have been delivered by the 4th October, it is now the 17th, still no parcel. Within this time TNT staff have given us several different accounts to justify the delay. We have complained, twice, but just get a generic reply. The staff, some helpful others poor, say they have not got the ‘tools’ to help. We cannot report it lost as they say it is there ‘somewhere’ in the depot, but cannot tell us where or when it will be dispatched. The parcel is worth several hundred pound (£700 plus) and we have no idea when or if it will arrive, and it is beginning to restrict our trade. I suspect we will get a glib response with the contact details of their facile customer services. This is so frustrating, especially as they get paid good money for their service. This needs to go to an ombudsman, or watchdog. Anyone on here ever find a solution to delayed consignments? Let’s us know. I would avoid using this service in the future. Clearly disgruntled customer."

"My package was delayed for 4 days without me being notified or given a reason. I therefore contacted FedEx only to be told that it has been lost and I needed to contact the sender in order to instruct them to find it which makes no sense to me. Absolutely unprofessional service and childish behaviour"

"We had a consignment stuck at customs. On the track and trace it said they contacted the receiver for the relevant information; but they never contacted us. I tried to call them; eventually I got the number to speak to a person. Listened to all of the recorded messages then it rang through to an individual who rang off before I could speak."
