“Date of visit: Thursday 8th December 2022 I had a large old amalgam filling replaced with a composite filling, the procedure took about an hour and the results were impressive. I got to see photographs of each stage, which was very interesting. I felt no pain at all, although I was regularly asked if I was comfortable, and felt confident that I could have asked them to stop at any time, if so. My Dentist Stephanie Loke was brilliant, friendly and very informative. She had a great rapport with the dental nurse/hygeinist Hanna (who was also great!) - only downside was that they both don't like sprouts! (which was relevant as we were talking about healthy food choices).”

“I initially went to Premier for a Sports Massage with Marian. I was apprehensive, as I used to have quality massages regularly, in Coventry, before I moved to Runcorn. All I can say is Wow! Having suffered with several training injuries, I needed the massages to be thorough and of high quality. Marian did not disappoint. In fact, she was a breath of fresh air. Taking a different approach to Sports Massages, Marian really respects the muscles, and her knowledge is amazing. Would recommend her without any hesitation. I then started Physiotherapy with Kieran. I was absolutely blown away by his knowledge and enthusiasm. Had a couple of sessions with him so far and can already feel the difference. His no nonsense approach inevitably yields results. Cannot wait to see where this part of my journey takes me. Thanks guys. Keep up the amazing work!”

“Although a little out of my way they where well worth traveling too. They worked out the best way to use my insurance to get what I needed done for my pug. The day of the initial appointment the surgeon(matt I think it was) rang me after I got home, explained all my options and got me booked in for the day after. The entire team was fantastic, the nurse who I had the face to face appointment with, the reception staff and the surgeon himself. Although there was some minor scabbing in the area the incision was practically invisible. It was hard to even see the stitches. Amazing work, amazing staff and my boy is doing fantastic nearly a year later. The price was probably somewhat normal for what we had to have done including the medication but it's obvious to see they have the facilities and they have the staff and their work speaks for its self. 5/5 from me.”

“I was recommended to the practice by a friend who couldn't speak highly enough of them and I can now see why. A spotlessly clean modern practice with friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. We saw Dr Joe Martin who was able to pinpoint a medical condition that had been missed elsewhere and although I was very concerned about the risks of surgery on an elderly dog, he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and took great care with her. I am in no doubt she would not be with us now had we not attended here. The costs were not as great as anticipated and the care shown to both our girl and ourselves was superb. We would not now go anywhere else.”

“I cannot praise the staff enough. Sadly my friend dog needed to be put to sleep, the sensitivity and support shown by the team was incredible. We felt fully supported and never rushed at what was a really sad time. The paw prints and clippings were such a nice touch. Highly recommended 5 stars.”

“My son was seen at the hospital today and the care he received was amazing. He’s two and usually gets upset at the hospitals/doctors but he felt so relaxed there that he didn’t get upset and was talking to the nurses and doctors. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted out his fractured hand. He even left with a brand new teddy. Absolutely amazing work from everyone there, the best hospital experience we’ve had for sure.”

“Having not been the dentist for years I needed some significant work doing. Was petrified in going but John’s great nature and approach really put me at ease. Could not recommend them enough and if you’re really apprehensive in going the dentist give Weston Dental a call. John was really professional and as well as some repair work that needed doing he’s done a great job in sorting out a lot of the niggles I’ve had with my teeth over the years. Five stars!”

“The Flu vaccination clinic was magnificent. From our side, the patients, it worked very well. Thank you for putting in all that overtime. It was very well organised despite all the problems you must have with Covid 19. There were no queues. Ten clinicians administrating the vaccinations made for a very quick "visit". Promise you will do the same again in the near future for the covid19 vaccinations.”
