"We bought, among other things, a board game (and not cheap) and just when paying we could see that it was missing a lot of pieces and the rulebook, making it impossible to play. We asked to change it and the guy who served us a minute before told us no. It's a shame, I will never trust that store anymore and I will stop donating."
"Got a senior discount on top of bargains. Lower level is huge! Definitely coming back. Mainly stopped because my shoes for a special event broke and I needed a quick fix. 2 blocks from our hotel it was super convenient too."
"Ok, so my last visit I asked where the restroom was, because I had forgotten. The lady claimed they didn't have one (lie). So I asked where the employees go. She said she didn't know. What??? So I go in today, got a few things then went upstairs to pay. There was something with the register printer so the blonde said a few minutes. AFTER 5 MINUTES I SAT DOWN. She kept apologizing; 15 minutes go by, she's still apologizing and I'm getting cranky. I left. She said she was sorry. Did she do anything to get the sale? Or offer a few dollars off because I wasted my time waiting? Did she find an alternate way for me to get my items? Did she even ask if I wanted a receipt? NO NO NO . I'm pretty angry because the last 2 times I've been there, I've had lousy service, along with the employee lying to me. I'll go to Goodwill."
