"They are well stocked but the staff leaves alot to be desired. When they finally get to helping you it seems you are disrupting they're day. Very low knowledge of automobiles especially the night shift. This store Is close to my home but it's worth the extra drive to go to the army post store. Very frustrating every time I have been there. The last time i was there will most likely be my last visit. Waited on someone to cash me out for over 15 minutes. There was a total of three customers in the store in including me. Oriellys as a whole is a decent auto parts store. This particular store is a serious disappointment."
"They are very knowledgeable people and understanding. I had a head injury and needed a moment to remember what I needed. They had no problem waiting and let me fill up on water for my radiator. I also work for an internet service provider so they know I'm not an idiot and are very understanding with who I am. I will always come here for help on my automotive issues."
