"The technician that came was very kind. He spoke to me not at me which I find is very important. The only downfall is that Sears gives you a time frame of 8am-5pm. I had to take off half a day to make sure someone was home in the afternoon. The technician arrived at 9am but with my job I couldn't not take my half day back. So I lost out on half a days pay because they couldn't not narrow down the time frame window."
"The technician did not fix the machine. Still making a noise. He said there is nothing wrong. Someone needs to come back out for free to figure out what is wrong with this washer."
"started out OK, they came to my first appointment on time. Then they ordered the parts scheduled me for the next week never showed up never called in possible to talk to somebody. I had to call the one 800 service number again and start over missed a whole day at work and they never even came."
"Technician was great—I’d have given a five if not for automated system interface. The automated appointment and follow up communications were terrible. It important to have the human being actually talk to someone is important. Automated system was ridiculous."
"Repairman came at the appointed time. He found a bad switch which had been missed on previous visits and replaced it with one he happened to have on his truck. So far so good, though the icemaker still hasn't put out many ice cubes yet."
