"GMC Denali-Truck drove smooth had a ticking noise in engine- needed lifters and paid them to fix. ( Not cheap) . Down the road and BOOM. ENGINE LOCKED UP They say not their doing. Tow it GMC shop and they diagnose it, and prove they created the error causing. AFTER getting an attorney and talking with district manager of Rightway they made it right and replaced the engine that this shop cause. Car 2- Impala 2019 - Dtr purchased car from USA 1. Heat goes out, take it into the shop they use ( Tanners) and I DID NOT want to go there but they are partnered up with them. About $1100 for new heater core. No warranty. There was no film on windows, no overheating, no water on floor. I take it to another dealer. It was fixed in 5 minutes. The computer in car wasn't set for heat to kick on. They didn't access the computer or would have been able to notice this right away. We were in the hood and noticed my AC cap was off and sitting in engine. So no telling what all they did, so mechanic recommended I flush heat and cooling systems to make sure it stays all good and nothing was tampered with. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Tanner stole some of my belongings after a discriminatory firing and then stole approximately $300 out of my last paycheck. Filed a complaint with Indiana Department of Labor and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Someone untrustworthy like that shouldn't get anyone's business."
