"Only place I’d recommend for auto service in Elkhart IN. We had breakdown in Elkhart over Memorial Day weekend on cross-country trip to Denver. Coolant leaked from bad water pump in our F150. Amy and Hans rescued our travel by getting us in on Tuesday morning and on our way west by midday. They are professional, honest, and hardworking small business owners. The Ford Dealership wouldn’t even agree to look at our truck without spending 3-4 more days stranded in Elkhart. So grateful to them and recommend locals as well as travelers to rely on their services and experience. They have a very high Google review score for a reason. "This happened about two weeks ago. After being serviced for the same issue couple days prior, my car broke down on I-90 on my way east. Looking back, I was really lucky that Qualified was nearby. After trying few chain car service repair shops and the dealership in town, I was told that neither could get it done (at all or at least not in a couple of days). Despite the shop being busy, the staff at Qualified took me in and I was able to hit the road again in just few hours. Hons and Amy are very friendly and pleasant people and their techs are quick and professional. If I lived in the area, I'd not be taking my car anywhere else.
