"I came into the shop a bit despite because my Audi Q5 was not driving well at all. I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me and I was nervous that I wouldn’t make it. They immediately put me at ease and within 15 minutes, one of the mechanics was looking at my car. IN/MI had terrible snow then extreme freezing the day prior, and I had 5 inches of ice frozen to the bottom of my car!!! The mechanic spent an hour melting it all and I was back on the road with no problems. I plan to take my car there for service going forward. Great shop with great people. Thank you!"
