"I had to rate it one star because I can’t rate it zero. The kids that work at the customer service are not even old enough to know what they’re looking for. They’re retarded and there is nobody there to help. I’ve got order number confirmation number I’ve got everything I needed and they even called me and said the product is in, but when I showed up, nobody can find it worthless do not recommend if ur looking for a good place to go shop at Menards. I have an account with Lowe’s but after today I’m not going to worst customer service I ever had."
"It is the employees that make a store. I go to this Lowes more frequently and any time I need help Denny seems to be everywhere. Always helpful and knows the store well. If you are there in the evening and need help finding something, look for the guy with the beard and the ball cap."

"I was in today to buy a washer and dryer and was helped by a young woman named "Chloe" in the kitchen appliance section. She was a bit impolite and somewhat unhelpful. She and her coworker then laughed at me when I went in to spend another $30 because I got the wrong cord for the dryer. I have never bought a washer and dryer before and she didn't exactly make it easier. Otherwise the store is very nice."
"This particular Lowe's location is like any other. I've gotten consistently the same service and the same items available at all Lowe's. We are selling our rental and needed to get some paint to do a fresh coat in the basement. I was able to pick up the very thick water sealant paint for around $175 for 5 gallons. When they did give us the paint they forgot to shake it so we did have to make an extra trip back but that was a quick and easy fix. All those locations are a good place to use a Veteran's Discount also. Update: Another excursion to Lowe's for some home improvement items. I have attached a photo of the wonderful selection of paint that they offer. We were able to find some very unique lighting fixtures as well. I do notice emarked increase in their prices since our last visit but this is most likely due to inflation."
