"Very friendly and helpful! We went in to buy a new stove just a few days before Thanksgiving. We had a very specific one in mind and they didn't have it in stock . In the end my husband decided to try to fix ours . They not only sold us the part but helped my husband through the process ! Didn't even try to pressure us to buy a different stove. Will definitely go back when we need to purchase appliances. Thank you for great customer service!"

"Wow what happened to customer service and that nice store you used to have? My wife and I came in to purchase a refrigerator on Thursday 9/22 and was greeted by a lady who ask what we’re we looking for? We responded we were looking for a refrigerator, she pointed a said” they are over there and then went to her office! After wandering 15 minutes without customer interaction we proceeded to leave when another lady finally ask. We were looking for high end product ( we have purchased here before) so our money was spent at your customer friendly competitor in SSSSSouth Bend"
