"Yeahhh…beware of the new store manager..Brittany! Or whatever her name is! Rude, irrant and indifferent to say the least. Customer service skills was lost while on the phone with her. She didn’t care to hear what I had to say..and talked over me like I was a child. She yapped all about the late payments and threated to end my contract and blah blah. If she would just have heard me out, she could have gotten a full understanding. It’s one thing if being money hungry and etc but heartless and gotta be right attitude is where I draw the line. I have had 6 accounts with the corporation and this was my first time having an issue with any manager. Mind you I have paid all my stuff off in the first 6mths! So whatever she came from..she could have stayed! I returned the product and will try with another store. Called corporate and they handled the situation."
