Baymont by Wyndham Fort Wayne

"Horrible 2 night stay. Attempted to take a shower 3 different times each day in hopes to have water with some warmth to it. Called the front desk to inquire if there was a problem and was informed to turn the knob all the way to the left and it might take a while to warm up. After letting it run for 20 minutes I gave up and took an ice cold shower. There was old food under the bed skirt. No housekeeping services were done in between nights. If you’re looking for the let-down hotel, you’re picking the right spot. We will not be back, ever."

"Got there and my key didn't work, only to find out the batteries in the door were dead. After 13 different battery packs and the door got fixed. I get in the room and the TV doesn't work. I went to the desk to simply ask if a room switch and upgrade would be an option and the employee told me I would have to pay for the upgrade and it would not be comped. I get to the upgraded room and what looks like blood is splattered on the wall and lampshade. Besides the complications with the room. Wait till you get in the pool. At the deep end there is light fixture and exposed cord at the bottom of the pool. So, if you are looking for a cheap hotel/motel that has poor service, over chlorinated and possibly a shocking experience in the pool. This is the place for you."

"We booked online for a pet friendly room. Once my husband went to check in and they changed him with a pet fee. We have stayed at other locations and have never had to pay a pet fee. One we grabbed our things and brought our stuff and our dog inside the rest of the staff started to questions us on why we were going upstairs with our dog and what room we were in. The harassment continued with ever employee we passed. Once we got to the room it was decently clean with a little garbage under the beds. The showers were piss warm and took forever to warm up. The next morning we were woken up by loud noises next door. My husband went to check it out and another guest told him they checked in that morning and had to immediately asked to switch rooms after the first one had roaches crawling on the walls when they walked in. I don't recommend this location."

"They do NOT have bugs! What they do have is guests like the lady below looking for discounts! This was our second 5 day stay in the last three months. It's clean and comfortable. Much better than expected for the price! They just need to figure the ice machine out!"

"Clean rooms descent breakfast excellent service. For a budget hotel this place is very nice. Will be staying there again. Pool is clean and sauna is nice. Highly recommend. We were booked for a week but do to unforseen circumstances had to leave early. We were allowed a late check out and refunded the rest of the money."
