The assistant manager was also very kind. We hate furniture shopping at box stores because usually the salesperson is pushy but we never once got that here. She listened to our needs and concerns about the need for a good quality set with supportive cushions. Lynnette was not pushy and looked for the best options for what fit our requirements and comfort. We ended up purchasing the FlexSteel love seat and couch. We really only needed a love seat because our current loveseat cushions had worn down after just 4 years. We opted for matching set specifically because of the lifetime warranty on the cushions. "Great Service! I was taken care of the moment I came through the door with efficiency and respect for myself and my needs. I have physical impairments that require certain aids. I have to consider them if I purchase anything. The young lady that took care of me went above and beyond to locate the best options for me. I appreciate knowing that I have bought quality items at a decent price. They also have a great protection plan that covers all your purchase items for about any instance you can think of. This is my second big furniture buy in the last eight years with Kittles. The previous furniture is so well made that it has been passed to another to be of use. It is still in good condition but not functional for my current needs. I’m looking forward to the new items and am not worried about the 6-8 week waiting time to put my order together. I didn’t purchase anything that was standard or in stock. When I receive my special order, I know it will be of quality work. If not, they will fix any issues I have. I recommend to check them out."
