"BRING BACK WISEWAY!! Strack & van Til SUCKS!! Winfield crown point location has sold me spoiled food 3 times already since they took over couple years ago. Last week I had freezer burnt frozen pizzas and today I got string cheese for my kids and the cheese was like HARD RUBBER!!! They also are always out of stock on many items, perfect example: last week’s holiday they never had Pumpkin Pie! Absolute ZERO excuse for that! The most popular product pie and they didn’t have it. Management is a total failure at Stracks. So done with all Stracks. The staff also move like turtles! Stracks just SUCKS"
"Well, I like Stracks at this location and admittedly the prices on some of the groceries are a little high but this is a store in a small community nearby and it’s convenient… I understand that the store is going through a transition and remodeling and relocating products is going on, I’m not concerned about it because it’s going to be fine once completed…. They have very good meat, like steaks, chops, roasts and a nice deli counter…. The store is not that big but they carry the essentials and it’s the closest grocery store for me… The people working the deli counter are getting better because this was a problem with employees ignoring customers but service is improving… Overall I am satisfied with Stracks and glad they have the store and I’m sure it will continue to get better with the improvements…"
"Store overall is nice but morning deli are not friendly at all! I understand stores are short staffed and it can get a little hectic but when it's not even busy and you're being rude I don't understand that."
"We got lovely wristlet corsages for a father/daughter dance. The floral department staff was helpful and the flowers are beautiful!"
"Always clean and not crowded. Even the say before Thanksgiving! Though out of cranberries but that was my own fault fir wauting last minute. Some items are over priced. But grocery prices are all over. If you need milk or bread, go elsewhere. Seems to be a mix of a whole foods and stracks."
