"My family and I have been shopping at this store for years. The quality of service has definitely diminished in the past few years, but today was the breaking point. My family placed a pick up order and upon opening our trunk once we got home, found that we were given a case of pop that had been busted open and was leaking everywhere. The entire trunk was soaked with pop and the majority of our groceries from the order were also covered in pop. As you can imagine this was a sticky nightmare that will take hours to clean, not to mention the pop that we paid for was ruined. Someone clearly must have dropped this case and still thought it was a good idea to place it in our car. We were also missing waters that we paid for. We attempted to call customer service and were offered a refund on the pop, but told essentially nothing could be done for the mess that was made in our vehicle by no means of our own. The director was very unapologetic on the phone and dismissive of a situation that has caused my family a lot of undue stress. For that reason, if I could I would give this Jewel location zero stars."

"Really, really like this Jewel Osco. I shop here often and rarely have trouble. The staff in this store's deli department is always great. They are occasionally out of sale items but they are usually there within a couple of days. This store is always clean whenever I am here. My advice to anyone, shop the items on sale. Sale prices here are often better than regular prices at Strack & Van Til or even Aldi for that matter. Checkout lines have always moved quickly whenever I am here. Will continue to return to this location."

"I went into the store to pick up a few odds and ends. My wife and I went to the register and had a discrepancy with one of the prices so we called the manger over for an explanation. He was so rude when he explained the pricing to us like we should have understood like we worked there. In deciding to look past this rude manager we spoke to him going out of the door 3 times to thank him for his service with no response at all. This is absolutely unacceptable. This was a poor representation of customer service. If someone takes the time to thank you for doing your job, you should have the courtesy to oblige them and speak back. If you can’t do that, then you shouldn’t be in a customer service role, let alone a leadership position. Thank you for ruining my customer experience Brian, the front end manager."

"Today I almost didn't stop at Jewel because it appeared to be very crowded. I did stop and bought numerous items that I hadn't anticipated purchasing but there were several sale items. When I went to check out a cashier opened a new line, she was one of the most efficient cashiers Jewel has. She made my day. I have found that Pari and or Diane are bye far your best cashiers. They are your most efficient and customer focused cashiers in your store. Respectful, Brian Leonard"

"Great selection of produce. Everyone was helpful and the shelves were full. I was looking for jackfruit and ended up walking out with that and so much more. Unfortunately, the $1 watermelon cups were mushy ripe. In addition, I purchased a few items off the clearance rack and was not only charged more than the sticker price, but was also charged for 3 instead of 2 of the items. The hallway leading to the restrooms was weird because of the location of the women's door. You could easily hit someone as you are coming out because the operational space of the door is so minimum. Please be careful."
