"Waiting 20 mins to check out is insane. Counted 6 associates in there. 1 guy handled the register until the line went to the back of the store. Supervisor yelled over the com for 1 person to come help. The line split a bit, but then got bigger with more customers joining both lines. Supervisor then comes out of the back room, looked at the line, shook her head and walked away. Fantastic management. No one else came to help. This situation could have been handled better."
