"Non responsive , unprofessional. In effective. Although the units are decent and the area is close to everything … when it comes to real issues this team on site is a pure joke ! Now let me say I have complained consistently since I moved in in July regarding a family of pigeons that live above my deck which makes it unusable … Ive played nice and have even spoken to an offsite management person who now is ignoring my follow-ups on this continuous pigeon issue. I cannot use something that I pay for … I cannot use the door that leads from my living room to the deck . I cannot open my windows for fresh air because these pigeons are horizontal me nasty with their poop it fly and shoots out everywhere where in the windows and screens … in July there were about 6 now there are too many to count. The near are huge and the continue to flock and nest over the entryway. This is an ongoing issue that has never been resolved and now I’m paying for Bradley Company's negligence and not fixing this issue long ago . Nature will be nature but they have allowed this to become a nuisance and pigeon poop all over the property . The pigeons don’t shew away and are living a comfortable existence above my deck awning and reeking havoc below."

"I can't even begin to say all the great things about this place. To start the units are gorgeous and up to date, the amenities are top notch the pool, dog park, secure package drop off and pet spa make it all worth making this place home. You are close to everything you could need shopping, food and activities. The grounds are clean and well maintained. There were a few things that needed to be completed prior to move in and the maintenance team did a great job getting our place ready for us. The leasing staff is phenomenal. Allison deserves all the credit for making this the smoothest moving experience. I messaged her countless times about things and she was always happy to help and replied quickly. On move in day she greeted me with the warmest smile and got all the paperwork handled efficiently and it was a breeze. If you are in the need to find a place to call home, stop in and see them. We are so happy to be here."

"I’ve been here since March and I absolutely love it here! It’s my first apartment and this place has made it an easy transition. The staff members are all so friendly and the maintenance team is always nice and speedy to get the job done. Highly recommend! Also a major bonus is the location! You can literally walk to the grocery store if you wanted to and bar Louie is such a great restaurant!"

"This is probably the best apartment in the area. The apartment is pretty new with a modern design, and it is one of the very few apartments with all-hardwood floor plans. The community has parks as well, and it is a good walking environment for both human and four-leg friends. The management office has a package room that is extremely convenient. Tenants receive emails/texts whenever there is a new package. What I liked the most about the apartment is their management, which is the best of the best. The managers and agents in the management office are very professional and friendly. They are extremely responsive as well. When I email with questions/requests, I always get responses in hours. When I submit online maintenance requests, things are done in 1-2 days. They work hard to improve the tenants' living environment. When a restaurant is opened and tenants are running out of parking spaces, they immediately made resident-only parking lots. I lived here for only one year, but there are so much good experience with the management of this apartment."
