"The heating does not work, when asking the front desk for help they came looked at the thermostat ( from 1960’s) and said the heat is working. Car back to hotel a few hours later room still at 60. Housekeeping never came it to tidy up room. Breakfast was very minimal, ran out of things quickly. Very unfriendly staff."
"It is a relatively decent place to stay. Consistent levels of cleanliness and service. The pool is closed, more than it is open, so that's quite disappointing. Located near almost everything that you'd want to do in mishawaka and priced decently, unless they're gouging for the notre dame game prices. We did have one issue where the jacuzzi kept tripping the gfci in the bathroom, and then the gfci began to smoke. Other than that, it's been rather pleasant."
"I rarely leave reviews. If an accommodation meets my needs, it is acceptable. This stay was not. Checking in I was handled in a desultory manner. The man at the desk didn't bother coming to the desk until I rang the bell. He was walking away and looked right at me, but needed the bell to come to the desk. His manner was unprofessional bordering on rude. He was eating some popcorn and could not be bothered to put it down while at the desk. The shower had dried "something" (shampoo?) on the soap dish. It had a "we don't know or care what hospitality means" vibe. Breakfast consisted of a waffle iron, toaster, cereal and juice. Meager even for a Baymont. IDK if this is Wyndham's strategy to push customers toward higher priced properties or not. I would be more likely to find a Hilton or Bonvoy spot."
"We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. There was no room service. I was told to just put used towels on the floor outside of the room and the towels would be replaced. I did it, but the towels were not replaced. The bathroom floor was dirty. They basically didn't offer any housing services at all. The breakfast was greatly reduced on the Monday morning when we left. It was like we were punished for staying until Monday. Besides, the room smells bad. The good things were the room was big and the hotel location was good."
