"I have lived here for 6 years and the current management is the best . Management changes a lot here and so do tenants. The property is nice and the apartments are better than some folks think. Our current manager responds in timely fashion and follows up on everything. The area is great , amenities are close and varied."

"Pin oak is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived at. My roommate and I spent months dealing with roaches on our own because they refused to do anything about it and it ultimately led us to move out. There were several things that went unnoticed and unsolved for the several months I lived there. Neighbors left trash in stairwells and office did absolutely nothing about it. The parking lot in the winter is hell and you’re lucky if you can make it to your car without breaking something. Then there’s the ridiculous summer heat because their ac units are trash. There was a dead bird living in mine. Another reason I moved. Maintenance didn’t even come to look at it while I was living there. When you do decide to finally go and talk about this in person, they are never in the office during office hours! Not to mention they never answer their phones. 0/10 do not recommend."
