"My daughter lived there for a few months and had problems with bed bugs. She had a brand new mattress and two new bar stools that were purchased prior to her moving in. She didn't want to get any more furniture until they got rid of the problem. She got tired of it and eventually she moved out. They refused to give her back her deposit because she didn't give them a 30 day notice."

"Denied my girlfriend and I because we have 3 kids. They demanded a whole bunch of paperwork out of us proving who we and the kids were and wanted to know all about my disability from the military which was none of their business anyway and lost half of the documents several times so we had to redo paperwork mulitple times. We waited weeks to hear anything from them. Once we confronted them about the whole situation made up some bullcrap story as to why we couldnt live their and told us there was nothing more they could do to get an aparment for us there. On the up side we did find a much better place for cheaper and not so many stipulations which we still live at to this day. All i can say for anyone trying to live at that place is good luck."

"I like vex the set up and what not but they won't let a homeless family liv here. I have been homeless since July 13 wind storm a tree went through our home its me my husband and 5 month old and a dog. They won't let us live here because something my husband did at 17!!! He is now 30...he hasn't been in trouble since this is illegal it's not a felony or anything. I know for a fact they let felonys live there my grandpa was on my aunt was one and when my grandpa was there there was even a sex offender living there!!!"

"Low income apartment/townhouse complex offering 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses. Rent is based on approximately 30% of your yearly income, which needs to be re-certified each year. There generally is a waiting list for the 1 and 3 bedroom units, the 2 bedroom units are generally available fairly quickly without the need of going onto a waiting list. Features: *Swimming pool for the residents of the complex. *Playground for the resident children. *Central air conditioning. *Dishwashers and garbage disposals in all of the units. *Washer and dryer hookups in the townhouses. *Laundry facility located in the main #600 apartment building for those units that do not have washer and dryer hookups. *Free trash disposal using the various dumpsters. *Free water. *Plentiful parking for registered resident vehicles of the complex. Units are well maintained by the maintenance staff working 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), emergency maintenance is available 24/7 by calling the 24 hour telephone number. This is a family oriented drug free environment. Cons: *You cannot rent here if you, as the head of household, are a full time student. *You cannot rent here if you are less than 25 years old. I am presently looking to move out of state but if I ever had a needed to rent within Quincy again I would definitely look at getting back into this complex."
