"There isn't a continental or hot breakfast you have to dine in the restaurant. It took over an hour to get my food iIwas late for my sons regional tournament hosted at the high school nearby. The server didn't check on me much or my food clearly. The orange juice tasted like pungent water and it just wasn't a good experience at all and food was not cooked well. Over cooked poached eggs over cooked over easy eggs no seasoning on the seasoned potatoes....just bad all around."
"Great place for an overnight stay! Safe, clean, and comfortable. Having Wal-mart close by is very convenient. Will stay again!"
"DON’T STAY HERE! Horrible dark dingy pathetic rooms and terrible room service. This hotel is not managed well. Had to complain just to get my overpriced $200/night cleaned on a daily basis. They don’t clean your room if your what they calla “stay-over”. SERIOUSLY? This hotel is an embarrassment to Intercontinental’s Hotel Chain and should have it’s franchise license revoked. Improperly decorated with Giraffes and other tacky African decor in the lobby. Unbearable 70% humidity inside the lobby. What a joke! Filing complaint with IHG hotels to have this hotel franchise license looked into. They say they’re under renovations but absolutely no workers anywhere to be seen the entire week I was there and other guests that frequent the hotel say its been like this for a long time. Bad manager, bad room service and horrible franchise owners decorating the hotel outside of franchise agreements I’m sure."
"Staff: the staff is very helpful. We wanted a good place to eat and the desk helped us with a great place. I also needed a toothbrush and toothpaste, and they hooked me up. Building: was clean and comfortable. Star rating: 4 stars because one of the elevators shook and made me think I was going to die. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up below!"
"Rooms, clean and large with soft bed. Location is right on main road with large lot. I have large truck and trailer. HOWEVER, service attendant was great, my complaint spending $200 for the room and they can't have breakfast for you without it costing you more!!! They have a restaurant in facility (which they lease for money or the own and get all), either way its a ppor excuse. I'm in hotels 4 nights aweek, now have this area (2 of these 4). Sorry but will not be my 1st choice each week for a place to stay. If breakfast dont matter then by all means YES stay here! Sorry for being petty"
