"I do not recommend anyone to waste their time at this dump. I am a traveling nurse and was recommend this place by my agency after a long day of traveling I was very tired and had to be at work the next day for 5:30am. I asked the guy at the front desk did they have any rooms available he told me "yes" I could go look at it just let him hold me license and bank card "I did just that". I got on the elevator and noticed a smell but overlooked it because they still had carpet down, when I made it to the room and opened the door it looked very old fashioned but the bathroom was kind of up to date. I immediately went and turned the covers back on the bed and didn't see anything, moved the pillows and the see anything so I went back downstairs and tell the guy that I'll take the room we did the necessary paperwork. I went and got me something to eat and came back to the hotel with my work suitcase to get ready for the next morning which is in a couple hours. I ate my food, I took a shower and laid down. Around 2:17am I was awaken out of my sleep with multiple BED BEGS!!!! crawling all over me, I jumped out the bed and started running because I had never in my life experiene anything as such. After getting myself together I pulled the covers off the bed and seen several BED BUGS crawling. I picked up the phone to call front desk but of course it didn't work so I went downstairs after packing up all my stuff and told a different guy that was at the front desk about the BED BUGS he offer me another room but I told him I would rather have a refund he told me somebody from management would be reaching out to me about the matter "which they never did" I waited a couple days and called them Mrs.Rose answer I explained to her what happened she ensured me that the manager would give me a refund because she went to the room and witnessed all the BED BEGS for hers, she deeply apologized so many times on behalf of management. Just to make a long story short management still haven't reached out to me in regards to and apologie nor to discuss my refund and it's has been going on for 3 months.... P.S. I have videos but they would allow me to upload them..."

"Horrible hotel. Booked this room for my nephew and his family on June 17, 2023. Upon checking in they found they had no cable television and a hole in the bathtub let water seep all over the bathroom and into the sleeping area. Nephew gathered his family up and went home to Cedar Rapids at 11pm that night. Hotel manager was contacted numerous times with assurance each time that a refund was forthcoming, but room has never been refunded!"

"Not a bad hotel. I slept good. There wasn't any ice in the ice machine and they don't serve breakfast. That's a deal breaker for me. I had to go across the street and get breakfast. That sucks. Maybe I'll stay again, maybe not. For $100 a night, I don't care who it is, you serve a hot breakfast. If you can't afford the basics of operation of a business, you shouldn't be in that business."

"Disgusting place. They have bed bugs . I walked in the carpet for 5 min looking for something in my bag I looked at my white socks and they were brown! The AC is from the 80’s gives off a musty smell, whole building stinks. The “renovated rooms” are only updated laps and “new bed frame” When they asked my husband if will be staying another night (work business) he confirm it only to b kicked out the next day. They don’t communicate. Whole town is rude and ghetto coming from a person that’s from Chicago"

"They have really went downhill over the years! This use to be one of my favorite places to get a room! Now its completely nonsmoking but the room smelled stale, there wasn't any washcloths in the bathroom so we had to go ask for more. The juice machine has been replaced with a plastic water dispenser...Not the machine that comes with the big 5 gallon water jug...A clear plastic table top one with a spout like you might see at a small family picnic. Its next to the ice machine and im not sure if I saw any cups. I think they need to lower the rates a bit!"
