Amanda guided us and answered all the questions we had. We came back to purchase with Amanda because of the great service she provided us. She genuinely cared and wanted what was best for us not just a sale from her end."

"Do not trust what the sales managers tell you, here. They only care about the sale, they do not care about the customers. I responded to an online posting for an electric vehicle 3 days ago, and I had extensive conversations with Kyle and Tim, two of the sales managers. Tom told me that he would bring the car over from their “sister dealership” in Joliet for me to look at. The car did not come on Thursday as Tom said it would, so I made sure that the car would be coming on Friday. I was told that the car was on its way. I was willing to put a deposit down, but no one told me it would be necessary. I told them that I had cars sold out from under me before and I wanted to prevent it from happening this time. I had conversations with Kyle and the financing department, providing information about how to process IRS tax credits for clean vehicles and I provided them the links to resources so that they could use it with me and other customers. Today, while waiting for the car to come, I got a message saying that someone else had put down a deposit, and the car was no longer available. They sold it out from under me. I’ve been talking multiple times a day for 3 days with this dealership, and they didn’t have the courtesy to give me the chance to put down a deposit or reserve the car. Angie in sales was great. This isn’t her fault, but when I spoke directly with Kyle, he told me. “This is a business, what do you want me to do.” I want him to treat me like a valued customer, not just focus on the easy sale. Clearly, you as a customer don’t matter to Kyle, so I’d suggest you take your business to a dealership who cares enough about you to give you a chance to buy a car from them."

"Our salesperson, Jose Barrera, was by far the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with. I am 60 years old and have bought many cars in my years. He had the truck cleaned and inside when we arrived. He took us on a test drive and was able to answer all my questions. We sat down and made a deal on the truck and my trade. I had another truck at another dealership that I wanted to look at, and he said he understood and didn't pressure me. The other dealership to which I also made an appointment didn't have the truck cleaned up and made an insulting offer on my trade. Jose was extremely busy, but I never felt neglected. His customer service skills are the best. Thanks!"

"This is my first new car and the process couldn’t have been any better. Amanda Ortiz Irizarry was super helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to test drive the 2023 Nissan Sentra S which is the I bought and her honesty and integrity were unmatched compared to other sales consultants I dealt with at other Nissan dealerships. I got to trade in my 2008 Ford Fusion for a higher price than I expected. This is my first time owning a car that isn’t manufactured by an American brand and I gotta say this car is incredible. I love how smooth it drives as well as all the features such as the lane departure warning, the lights inside that turn on when another vehicle is in my blindspot, the miles per gallon I get after I park and turn off the engine, seeing the tire pressure on the dashboard, the automatic braking when I get too close to another car in front of me, the eco and sport mode and so many others. I never would’ve guessed that I’d be able to trade in my 15 year old car for a brand new one. I know this is my first Nissan but if it has all these safety features then I’ll be bold and say that Thomas Nissan has definitely earned a customer for life. Thank you not only to Amanda but to all of the staff members at Thomas Nissan, you all made me feel welcome and you all explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Thanks again!"
