"Was looking for a 5/8" crush washer all over town. I called this store to ask them if they carried them. The guy that answered the phone thought about it for 2 seconds before telling me they don't. So I started looking everywhere else I could to get it locally. Finally found out they list them as "copper gaskets" on the website, but anyone that works in automotive parts should know what a crush washer is. The website said they had them in stock, so I go there to show them on my phone. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say I stood there for 10 minutes with another customer in front of me who walked in just in front of me. No less than three people were walking around behind the counter, and for 10 minutes, not one of them addressed us. They literally acted like we weren't standing there. I understand they may have been busy, but two of the guys were walking around like they were lost. Finally another employee came through the front door and helped the guy in front of me. About 5 minutes later, one of the "lost" looking guys decided to step up to the counter and asked what I needed. I showed him the part number and got my parts in less than a minute and out the door. I wasted a solid 6 hours trying to get this part because the person on the phone didn't want to be bothered checking if they had it."
