"Today Wednesday 1/10/24, my wife stopped by about 8:30 am. Her 2020 Terran engine light was on. Nothing against Dealership's, if she brought it in to be check out it may have been $100 or so to analyze it. The gentleman diagnosed it saying it has a gas cap issue. It has a cap less, the hose just enters the car. He look at it and the light went out about 10 minutes later My wife wanted to give him a tip, in a nice way he refused to take the money. Great Job !"

"Employee with curly blonde hair had a very nasty attitude I came in with my dad looking for some parts for a truck and I politely asked him if he had the parts and he responded very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning ever again to that place"
"Walked in store ask where items was just said over there. Ask for military discount and had a problem with that. After I paid I said thank you. No response. So I told him I spending my money in your store. Other mgr got involved and he didn't care either. I sat in my car thought about it and returned the item. I don't need to spend my hard earn money in your store with someone with attitude behind the counter. Never go in that store again and will not recommend to any one else. I go to plainfield rd O Reilly before them."
