"I deal mostly with the commercial department, so I can't speak for the front counter. Commercial is on top of it! Better than any parts store in the area. I've tried all the major stores over the years, and they are hands down the best. Fast delivery, competitive pricing, and very helpful/knowledge staff. They are always my first call for parts. Their main warehouse is just over in Naperville, so there usually isn't anything they can't get same day. And if you REALLY need the part, you can drive to the warehouse and pick it up, since they have a store built into it. Highly recommend for all of the local shops and DIY'ers."
"I had the best customer service experience today! I bought parts to fix my car the guy who sold me the parts gave me the wrong parts, I didn’t know. I was put on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy and couldn’t afford to fix it! I today went to get it fixed we figured out all the problems went back to this location they replaced the parts and helped in every way they could! Kept Apologizing and made sure I got what I needed! Thank you so much for the great and friendly service!"
"The customer service and assistance that this particular staff offers, is one of my favorite automotive stores around. If you know what you need, go there.
