"Bob communicated with me on my sunroof that would not close. I sent my 17 year old daughter. Bob closed the sunroof in 2 minutes and told us that the cable had broken. New parts were not available. He told me to get used parts and he would install for a reasonable price. Since the car is older we elected not to fix at this time. Thank you Bob."
