"I woke up to a dead battery on a Saturday morning. I made calls to my dealership and to Dobbs to try to get a replacement put in. Both were in no hurry to help. Wouldn't even work me in that day. I called Meineke and the manager (I think his name is Joe) was very helpful and responsive. He told me that I could bring the car in anytime that day and he would have it done as fast as possible. He even gave me an exact price for the battery and installation over the phone. I took my car there and even though they were very busy, i was in and out within an hour. They were cordial and professional during my entire visit. They were also very responsive to all of the customers that came in during my visit. Excellent service and they will always have my business."
