“I have been with this Practice for over 2 years and I deliberately went floor to floor listening whilst queuing to ask for a leaflet and then how I was spoken to regarding coming to their Practice. I found at every floor they were great in dealing with my questions but Northpoint on the top floor were particularly friendly and gave extra. During COVID, I have been kept up to date with check back in 2020 over the phone with a GP medical review. Just last week, as the COVID “extra health” range was brought in, I received a call the next day for my COVID injection. Brilliant receptionists, yes we all queue but their manner is always friendly. “A phone call was answered within a few minutes and a very helpful receptionist made a telephone appointment with a doctor the same day. She was empathetic and reassuring but also gave advice on what to do if our situation worsened before doctor phoned later that day. The doctor phoned at the time promised and was very thorough and booked us into the same day care ward at HRI , couldn’t have been more understanding, clear and supportive. Service at HRI was speedy and thorough, couldn’t have had a more satisfactory outcome within a few hours.”
