"Had my van fixed up here. After searching for a mechanic that was free to work on my van I finally found this place. Everywhere around Hobart was booked out. Work was done in a timely manner and communication was on point."

"Not sure if they are trustworthy. Replaced my alternator last month which charged me $940 without giving me a quote before do it, so I have to pay for whatever they said. And now after 1 month, my car breakdown with same issue again. Very unsatisfactory."

"My partner and I ran into some Issues with our Van regarding getting it Inspected for Tasmanian rego. After shopping around for days at different mechanics, these guys and gals were the only ones that would work with us and give us a fair price. The woman behind the desk (I've forgotten her name as this was over a year and a half ago) was extremely helpful and accommodating, working closely with us the entire way through the process. They saved us a HUGE hassle and provided us with all of the help that we needed to get the van in shape without breaking the bank. Thanks again heaps and sorry it took so long to write this review! Sincerely- The backpackers with the old forest green Econovan."

"I used this repairer three or four times but will not again. In one instance their communication was terrible, but my last experience was worse. I had been having trouble with my 4wd stalling and revving too low, their diagnosis was a failing turbo and that I needed to replace it. I looked into costs and found diesel specialist who suggested maybe $1600. Unsurprisingly this caused me some anxiety, first though I had the specialist check the turbo and they found it was fine. Better performance weren't going to repair the turbo as I quote "it's not our area of expertise". So they charged me $50 to incorrectly diagnose the problem and provide a very expensive recommendation outside their 'area of expertise' which was wrong anyway."
