“I returned here yesterday 6 months after a terrible experience. Happy to say the staff culture appears much improved. The young man serving me was very polite and thorough. He offered me a shoe horn and even checked my toe through the shoe! My only suggestion would be to display the prices somewhere or at least brief the staff on the price of the main displays so they don't have to spend time looking it up on the computer. Thanks for the positive experience and new shoes.”
