"I have an account with this branch. My family have dealt with this pharmacy for 50 years. I walk in at 15.00 pm stand at pescription counter for 5 minutes. 2 staff walk past and ignore me ad pharmacist continued to ignore me. Another person walked in with several scripts and was served immediately. I had sat down on a chair as I was being ignored . I will be in to permanently cease operations and collect all scripts on file . This is the worst case I have experienced here and Terry White Chemists I will refuse ever to walk in the door after yesterday's 15/04/ 2023 attendance. I will call in on 16/043023 and demand my held scripts. Walk out the door never to return after paying My account. Kind regards Adrian Gofton. Ps nota total lack of customer service"
