“Jacques and his team really are exceptional. I recently had root canal treatment (I know everyone’s worst nightmare). I can honestly say the procedures were not even slightly painful. Jacques and Lisa are very calming and reassuring and the follow up treatment and care has been “above and beyond”. My son who is now 10 has been going to see Jacques for years and actually loves going to the dentist as he is fantastic with adults and children alike. “Dr Tony Tai is very qualified to fix teeth. I first saw him 20 years ago when he saved a tooth of mine that Newtown had declared gone. I have been seeing him recently to fix a major problem, and his skill has only gotten better. Thank you to his assisstants also, who are always alert and courteous. “Thanks to genetics, I haven't had the best teeth - so I've seen my fair share of Dentists over the years. Not to say I haven't been lucky and seen some great ones, but the sense of comfort and ease that I felt with Dr Chee was by far the quickest. He makes you feel very comfortable and instills a sense of confidence in him very easily. He also cut through all lot of the excess add ons and charges we were getting with our last Dental Practice - namely unwarranted xrays and extra appointments that cost over $120 each time, even with health cover. He works quickly, but thoroughly and is happy to explain anything to you in your words. Plus he's got a wicked sense of humor - I should know, my own business is located just next door and I've been listening to laughter coming from their side for over 7 years (and it's not laughing gas - I checked!). I would happily tell people to not overlook this little Practice for a larger, flashier, less personal one.”
