Kōkeʻe State Park Campground

Kilohana Lookout

Kalōpā State Recreation Area

The park also features a 0.7-mile nature hike through a native ‘ohi’a forest, with an arboretum showcasing the island’s native plants. Additional trails in the forest reserve include a 2-mile horse loop trail. Online reservations for the cabins must be made at least seven days in advance. Please note that hot showers are only available in the cabins, not in the campgrounds. Visitors are required to check in with staff at 3:00 PM, and only names listed on the permit are covered.
