"I am not surprised that REI will be laying off hundreds of employees nationwide. My last visit to REI a couple of weeks ago was horrible. I asked an REI employee at the front of the store where Arc'teryx jackets were and he just pointed to the rear corner of the store. He was too lazy to show me the jackets. REI was once a great store with great people willing to help the customer - no more. I will never step foot into an REI ever again. Adios REI. You'll be out of business soon."
"Bethany helped us pick out products & Lily was our cashier. Both went above and beyond to make our experience great! Thank you both!! The stuff here is nice, definitely a little pricy for me but I’m really frugal. I got some great, grippy hiking boots (that don’t use real leather) and some nice clearance running shoes."
"I came in for the first time today to try shoes on. It was a really nice experience! I'd been struggling with finding a pair of running shoes and the workers were so kind and helpful when selecting shoes for me. I ended up having to order what I wanted online, but they were so patient when I tried on multiple pairs of shoes. Thank you to Olivia and the other guy that helped me after her (I wish I could remember your name!) They were both so kind. Also, the store has a large selection of shoes, and other gear, so give them a try if you need anything outdoor/exercise related!"
