"We went to buid a bear today to get my granddaughter a toy and we always have a beautiful experience there but not today because of this lady. She was so rude , she did not do the usual routine for kids that everyone does when making the toy. Did not put scent and tie the string enough but only two times. My granddaughter loves that place and that is why we go there all the time. But if we go again and see her , we will leave. These kind of places need to have nice people working there especially dealing with kids and my granddaughter was so upset."

"Way to go Reagan!! We booked a birthday party for our 2 year old on a busy Saturday and we had a blast!! Reagan was our party leader and she was THE BEST! So sweet, friendly, and patient with our family and everyone had a really good time. And it was her first party but you wouldn't know it! Kelsey helped guide her through it and was also wonderful and so friendly. We did the Ultimate Celebration package and everyone got to go home with a really great, personalized stuffed animal. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back for more. Thank you to everyone at Build-A-Bear for making our party so wonderful. We definitely felt like VIPs."

"We've attended this location for a birthday party but also have been here to use a g/c we received and we've given gift cards as presents too. The kids always have a good time here but make sure to slow down (mainly your kiddo) & enjoy the process at each step or you'll be done super quick. The parties we've attended have been fun & there are different levels of pkgs that can be purchased. FYI: There is no party room & food/drink is not allowed inside but at both parties the food court was utilized."
