"I frequent this store offen and every time a very pleasant experience. The staff there are very friendly."
"I ordered sneakers online for my son and I wanted to pick them up before I headed the long drive home. They were set to be ready at 4p then it pushed back to 6p and I couldn’t stick around so I mentioned it to two employees, Tiffany and Dai. They both were excellent, friendly and professional. Dai went in the back and unboxed them and sent me on my way. I was thankful they got me in and out because traffic was crazy. Good customer service!"
"I went in simply just looking around and had a quick question. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store and when I asked a question to the manager CJ he clearly had an attitude about doing his job. I was rushed out of the store and treated with poor customer service. They need to do figure out new management because my experience was completely unacceptable and I will not be spending my money here again."
"Horrible customer service. Employees stand behind the register texting on their phones and do not greet or acknowledge customers. After being in store without being helped after at least 5 minutes, I decided to spend my money elsewhere where customer service is a priority. Do better please."
