"This store is always organized and very friendly to be. However, I had a horrible experience twice with an employee named Patricia in the customer services department. She was rude and disrespectful when I asked her for help to get my bottled water paid. I thought she was tired, and I tried to be quiet about it, but I would recommend sending her to work in another department where she can't talk disrespectfully or rudely to people. The rest of the employees are really nice and always willing to help, but she got me astonishment with her attitude."
"The employee Webster, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in locating a last minute Christmas item. I absolutely commend him on his ability to be helpful but his customer service was the best I have seen in a Walmart since the 2000’s… phenomenal employee with incredible adamant service. Very impressed."
"Why do you need your greeters to put their hands on my food. I can understand needing to check my receipt if I have a big money item but my open container of food that I'm actively eating? Check the receipt, fine, but there's no reason for your greeters to put their disgusting hands on my food to scan it. Did we not just get through a pandemic? Disgusting."
"New bad experience at this store .. the notoriously check receipts... I have only three items in the slowest part of the Day 10am on Monday. Knowing that they're going to check my receipt I give a review on self-checkout of 1 star for them not allowing me to leave without having to check my items. However this time not only did they check my receipt just to see the three items in my cart but they also scanned to make sure it was the same item on the receipt. I checked out in front of the greeter in the front of the store. So if you don't give them three stars and above Walmart will flag you and rescan all your items. Plan accordingly if you're short on time. Luckily today I wasn't short on time. However Walmart should hire more So the online store says the product is in stock. The product is not in stock. Driven 80 miles total to all the nearby stores in the county that says the item is in stock and it's not."
