"Pretty busy store, multiple floors is cool. I do wish sections were labeled better and if you needed to there should be a way find the place items you are looking for are on the website. Staff were nice but my only problem was that they had 2-3 out of I believe 6 or 8 registers and the line was pretty long."

"I first went in went up to escalators there were two Associates there, they didn't look at me I think they were complaining about work from what I could hear. One was eating Dunkin' Donuts biscuit and drinking Dunkin Donuts coffee, I went walked around for about 10 minutes couldn't find what I needed because of the limited selection they had?? Then left frustrated and come to find out the escalators are broke so had to walk down a bunch of escalators.... geez hate to complain, but I thought this place was supposed to be all that. Even Walmart doesn't let their employees eat while they're working in public View."
