On Tuesday nights at 7:00pm, they have a group mountain bike ride starting at Petersburg Trail head, perfect for beginner to intermediate trail and mountain bike riders. Helmets are required for all riders, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Chain Reaction Bicycles also has a Lum Wells Bicycle Ministry where you can donate old bikes. They welcome riders of all ages and experience levels to join their group rides and have fun getting active in a friendly and welcoming setting.

"Right when I moved to Augusta. I brought my Haro 29 in here for a tune up and to replace a cable. The price was not crazy high however they did everything except change the cable. I noticed this a few weeks later. But when I made them aware of the situation they rigorously called and texted me for months to bring it back in to get this taken care of. This says a lot about the business. Making sure I was made whole and getting this taken care of was clearly a priority to them and I appreciate that kind of gesture. Had they not bugged me about it I probably wouldn't have ever came in to get it fixed. Five star service all the way around."
"So kind and helpful. Got my bike out of my car and inflated the tires, tightened some bolts, and straightened some stuff out. Also was very helpful in educating me about shorts with pads on them as those are really necessary to have a comfortable ride with your bike. Put me bike back in my truck and educated me about bike racks. Excellent customer service."
"Took my bike here for repairs. My tires were semi-flat. When I returned to pick-up the bike the tires were still semi-flat. I asked the attendant there about it, his answer was, "I didn't work on it." That's horrible customer service. Who has to ask for something like that? Goes to show how the customer service in the US businesses continues to decline and why there's so much division."
