"I have had nothing but problems with this CVS since I started using them. They try to put the blame on me. I did not have this problem in Illinois. I get multiple notices saying I have a prescription ready so I drive 30 minutes 1 way for them to say they don't have anything. Then the next day notify me again. In Illinois they would mail for free, here they want to charge. When you complain it is never anything they have done or can correct, always on you."

"I don't make appointments I know I can't keep, why is that an unreasonable standard for businesses? I arrive, "oh, I may not be able to get our system to work." I was even told "this is all day everyday." Stop making appointments if you know you can't do them."
