"I called the office to request some service repairs and possibly a quote to install a new heater system for my commercial pool. This company installed the pool so I thought they would be the best ones to contact. However, Ben in the service department told me they do not provide commercial services to customers unless they have a weekly cleaning contract with them."

"Though my request took 3-1/2 months to resolve, Jeremy Wright, Service Manager, came through with a significant refund on my credit card for admitted technician errors that I had discovered when I replaced my own spa circulating pump. Prior to communicating with Jeremy I was helped by Nick and Ben from the service department, both were knowledgeable and said they would share my concerns with Jeremy. Receiving no response, I finally sent a snail mail to Jeremy, as the same concern posted 3 weeks earlier to the "Contact" link on their web site was ignored. Jeremy's email response was thoughtful and accommodating. I never did actually talk to Jeremy in all this time, all communication was by snail mail, e-mail and through other employees; and it seemed Jeremy was never available, which cost this review 1 star. Jeremy, Nick and Ben all admitted that finding and retaining qualified service technicians was challenging, which seems the case with all the trades. I empathized with their concerns, but that situation does not provide customers with good service and that occasional quality assurance follow-ups by management or supervisors on work performed is a way to verify the technicians know what they are doing."

"Got my pool build at the end of November 2022 with Pete Alewine. Overall, it was a great experience. Mr Pete the owner came over 2 years ago and give us some recommendations to save money, awesome person to talk to. During the project we had some issue about our driveway been cracked, thought that they will fixed after all but NO. But I want to thank Guillaume, Diane, Paul and Zach for taking care of my backyard and Diane and Zach were able to take care of few issues we had in our backyard. I will recommend Pete Alewine pool. "Our pool was put in over thirty years ago. We have enjoyed lots of family and friends at our pool. Recently we needed our steps replaced. I begin to seek out the best in the business to take care of our need. It was realized that in replacing the steps we would most likely need a new liner as well. I contacted Pete Alewine Pool and Spa and made an appointment to meet with Abe. Abe came and was very communicative and helpful about the process to my husband and I. We contracted with him to do the job. Abe and his crew, as well as the office has been very professional. The new steps and liner has given us a brand new look. We are very pleased.
