"Friendly staff and a great selection of big and tall clothing. On the most recent trip I was in the check out line when I was asked to use the self check out. I refused. And that's why you get 3 out of 5. Self check out doesn't save me any time or money I had a buggy full of items one had a security tag meaning someone would have still had to help me. Self check out is now my number one red flag of lack of customer service and lack of awareness of what shoppers like. No one with more than 10 items needs to use self check out. I'll never use self check out. If anything I will go online and make my purchases elsewhere. Don't fail your customers don't push self checkout on them."
"I like the selection at Kohl's and most of the prices. With sale prices and discount coupons it's easy to get some great deals here. Also returns are easy to make at Kohl's and maybe the easiest anywhere. I noticed on a recent trip that the manequins are diverse in color and figure."
