"As I walked into TJ MAXX I felt a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Every Item was neatly arranged. My favorite was the Sale Area, the Gourmet Foods, Spices, Coffee Syrups, Soup Mixes from Australia and the like All at Great Prices. I shopped for 2 hours. I took it all in, didn't rush and thoroughly Enjoyed it. Customer Service was Excellent and answered all my questions. Can't wait to shop at TJ MAXX again!"

"Was extremely mistreated along with both of my children one of whom is ASD level two. Was extremely mistreated by a supervisor And an associate by the name of Eva. Both of which were verbally abusive to me and both of my children. They rang up everything that I intended to purchase, and I made sure at least four times that they understood that I was paying with two separate forms of payment. Eva who said several times she was well aware of how to process payments in that way, Then proceeded to process the purchase on one card which I told her I couldn’t afford. She then refused to correct the transaction. On top of that an item that I purchased which was a necklace that had no no box and had no tag on it, she then proceeded to not it in several places on purpose . I’ve then demanded to speak to a supervisor which she refused. I had to literally walk down the line of registers until I could find someone in a supervisory position to help me. This person who refused to give me their name gave me an extremely difficult time incorrect transaction. Ivan asked for the third time for some kind of box or package to put the jewelry I purchased in and I was told no and literally refused any assistance and both associates continued to laugh at me and my son and my daughter. When asked who the store manager was I was they refused to tell me. And literally started laughing and pointing and making fun of me my daughter and my son and very derogatory ways. My son then walked back in the store and as nicely as Possible asked for the store managers name. He was informed that it was someone named Brandy. I have been a constant shopper of this location since they open over 10 years ago. After my son went back in the store and asked for the direct managers name, he was then mocked by both the associates, the supervisor and every employee that was behind the counter. They proceeded to mock the fact that he was disabled and then laughed at him repeatedly pointing and cackling. This is inexcusable and as a longtime customer I am like absolutely heartbroken at how I was treated how my son was treated how my daughter was treated and I hope and pray to God that they don’t continue to treat people whether they are disabled or elderly or confused or if the employee themselves made a mistake, as in this case multiple times, I hope and pray to God that they don’t do this to anybody else. It was despicable, unacceptable and inexcusable. Seeing how this is one of my favorite stores and what I’m assuming is the pre-was the previous manager and I were on a first name basis and we’re actually friends I can’t believe that this kind of behavior and treatment of their customers has just gone on and continued for God knows how long . To mistreat the elderly and disabled is a whole Nother level of despicable."

"This Marshall maintains clean area and nice worker. You can find a number of good things here. However, the line to checks was extremely long. Just be patient and male time for traffic."

"This Marshall's is clean and well stocked. The cashiers are very accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this store to people looking for...well, almost anything!"

"Fast checkout! Every register was open today. Disappointed in the lack of plus size clothes. This location is normally my go to for quality plus size clothing. The plus size sign has been removed from the ceiling and you can find very FEW plus size options. When I brought it up to one of the cashiers, she expressed disappointment as well and said she is now shopping in the men’s department. I’m grateful for her transparency. Looks like I will have to find another store for shopping."
