"Today was the worst, the cashier in self checkout seemed to be out of it, I ended up leaving the items I was going to purchase. All the while there was some type of commotion as always. Can’t even blame the store employees because there are some awesome hardworking people there, just the community has to get better. This is why I usually drive to Tucker or Conyers to shop."

"This location is like a dream compared to the Kroger closer to where we live (Stone Mtn on Hairston) & SO worth the drive. Low prices, nice variety & HUGE selection of sushi (which I couldn't find at first, although it's right up front). Every associate I interacted with was friendly & patient, even when I was a nervous wreck after having a horrific experience with the other location (posted in separate review) & getting lost on the drive there. Definitely my favorite grocery store in the region, highly recommended!"

"I gave this store a 2 star rating because of the customer service. Today is 2 days before Thanksgiving and this store has 1 lane open. I called the front desk & was advised that that's all they have available with self check out and the representative didn't have a care in the world. I asked who is the manager and she gave his info and gladly hung up. It's the lack of concern and compassion that makes me not come here again. I take my business where i feel like a person and not a dollar. If I had gone to another side of town this would not be allowed. Its only in our neighborhoods that this is done & when we address our concern of the issues we are the problem. This is our neighborhood & we as consumers keep this store going so please help us and do better. The manager is standing by the door ensuring no one steals their items but you can help us purchase your items. KROGER DO BETTER!! Yes, you are restocking the shelves so I give the store overall a 3 but we do not want to be in lines for 30-45 minutes."

"Horrible customer service. I came up here to cash my check. I asked her twice for a pen, the whole time she had an attitude. She told me to give her the check to se if she can cash it. I put my social in, she got the money then had me sign last which is backwards . I’m supposed to sign first before any money transaction. Then she gave me the money and didn’t even count it, tell me have a good day or see if there was anything else that I needed which I did. Worse experience ever. This is my neighborhood Kroger that I just moved to but I’d rather go out the way to a different Kroger before ever spending my money or wasting my time with these rude ppl. No thank you!! Get it together. And I purchased some items but when I got to the register the price was different and I told the cashier, instead of him coming to see the price himself, he wanted me to go take a picture of the price before he fixed it. Smh the worse"
