"Shop here twice a month very friendly staff, always greet you when you come in."
"The associate that works at the register in the mornings is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I come to the store she is either texting or talking on the phone with it on speaker while checking customers out. On top of that, she acts as if she does not want to work. I came in today to reload money on my card, which is a very simple process. When I asked to deposit money, she was texting and looked up to her phone and said “no”, which was no problem. However, as I turned to walk away, she said, “ain’t nobody doing all that.” If you don’t want to work, just say that. Being rude and disrespectful to a returning customer is unnecessary. I certainly will not be a customer at this location anymore."
"I visited this store Thursday, January 7th , 2021 between 2:45 and 3:15 pm. I was in line waiting to check out. One cashier was busy checking out a customer and the other one was at the register seemingly busy doing something else. The line was growing but the cashier without a customer continuously ignored us. A man walked into the store and asked her for the location of an item. She came from behind the counter, walked past the line of us waiting to checkout, to help the man find the item. Then she walked past us again and returned to her register and checked him out. She never acknowledged us. When we started complaining, she called the next person in line up and started checking them out. This was a blatant and deliberate display of bad customer service. If the manager can review the tape from that date and time , it should be clear that this cashier should be fired. Her name tag read Page ."
"I didn't know this store existed until tonight, i usually go to one not that is very close to this store,but they stay open later so i went tonight to get some last minute odds and ends. I was extremely impressed at how friendly the staff was. They are a smaller store but it was neat, easily accessible and well stocked. This might just be my new dollar store."
