"Great service generally but going downhill and now in a critical area that is costing customers... the pros are it's 2 minutes from home, it has a valet pickup area and most cashiers are friendly and most floor staff helpful. Now the cons... First thing, they don't hire youngsters who know how to actually bag groceries (and some good ones apply but there seems to be cronyism in who is getting hired so you will see managers ending up having to help out with bagging because of the poor hiring practices - I've literally seen them have to send a snail paced easily confused bagger away and take over because she was holding up the line)... Second, the deli is a bottleneck at every Publix despite great sandwiches, and you only get around it by ordering AND prepaying for your subs online 1 -2 hours in advance (and making sure to catch one who can get your bags from behind the counter else they will leave you there waiting like the line of people you ordered and paid ahead to avoid being delayed with). CRITICAL CON: Pharmacy use to be GREAT until Huda Abdi the EXCELLENT pharmacy manager was transferred within last couple weeks, since September 2022, and the new girls since she left (new pharmacist and new tech named Deja) are lazy, rude, and slow. Really going to transfer our meds because of them but should I have to disrupt the organization I've had for years now of critical aspects of daily and monthly life because of people who are low quality workers? They had my stuff in stock but lazily let my Rx sent over from doctor sit there waiting on some central shipment to come in. So beware if you aren't on their a** this new pharmacist won't fill your meds anywhere near on time even when they have it. She is GAMING THE SYSTEM by letting anything that doesn't say it's needed the same day be filled by some central location and shipped there, no matter how critical the medication is and despite the fact that she had the medicine in stock so it could have been filled days ago! And she'll pretend to you it's been that way all along but I have NEVER had this problem until SHE got here and I've been using this pharmacy for YEARS. And then you will be in the middle of talking to that girl Deja and as soon as she confirms 1 medication she hangs up on you while you are still speaking to her. After you had to wait a long time for them to even take you off hold the instant you called. WORST customer service now in the pharmacy. Smh And where my prescriptions go, my shopping goes because I'm not running up and down all over the place to shop one place and pick up prescriptions elsewhere since I have medicines for all our family in one place even family in another household that we pickup for (disabled), so I'll be checking out Kroger or taking it all over to Walmart now because of this ridiculous incompetent pharmacist. And i just might report her to the pharmacy board of Georgia because she can KILL somebody gaming the system with their medications like she's doing to cover up her snail paced incompetence. My medication was sitting there Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday not filled because of her even though she had the pills to fill it. Madness. ETA: I moved all our Rx to Amazon Pharmacy Home Delivery and that's been pretty flawless, including ability to automatically refill after filling it the first time. If Amazon Prime membership offers you a cheaper price than your insurance, you can buy at the cheaper price! Only medicine that had to transfer to an in person pharmacy was my mother in law's pregabalin, and I use Walgreens down the street from this Publix to fill such medications, as their Walgreens app works great and they have a drive through in their pharmacy so you don't have to get it the car to drop off nor to pick up. I really miss Huda but her terrible replacement led me to find the latest greatest convenience available these days. I now do my grocery shopping with Amazon Prime and Walmart's pickup service where you order ahead on the app, choose the 1 hour time range you want it to be ready, and follow app instructions."

"Horrible customer service at the pharmacy, The girls behind the counter talk and play too much for them to be distributing meds."

"This Publix pharmacy is getting worst on a daily basis . My doctor call in my prescription I was told they were out , then when I request them to check another store they magically had it . I am beyond frustrated with the level of service this pharmacy currently provides."

"They will not fill a prescription until you physically arrive and ask for it. The dr. sent the prescription in at 10am it is not 430p and they say “call back in a couple of hours” who is running this pharmacy? The last time I asked the lady what the process is bc it took forever, she said to call first. Now I call to be told call back in 2 hours! And when I go up there after being told what time to come back the lady says, give me 15 minutes to get it together. WHY IS IT NOT ALREADY TOGETHER IF YOU HAD ALL DAMN DAY!?!?! They are nice but slow as molasses!"

"It's a hit and miss when it comes to customer service and timeliness. They fell off in this store particularly it has become a place I rarely visit. I prefer to drive further for better products and customer service. Waiting on meds is stressful changing my Pharmacy. The actual pharmacist was super impatient and rude. She was supposed to call the Dr. About the prescription but told me I should call just can't rely on businesses in your community are customer service deprived."
